Many people describe EFT as “Similar to acupuncture but without needles” “a meridian based relaxation technique that can decrease anxiety, increase mind-body awareness and foster cognitive shifts” or you could say “it adds a more unique therapeutic dimension to other conventional therapies” all depending on who you are talking to.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in California, United States in the 1970’s.

I saw Maria on 3 occasions; I acted as a client for her case histories during her training for Advanced Hypnotherapy. I had several pains throughout my body; my neck pain was the most debilitating.Relaxation was staged (2 sessions) till I could access a state of deeper relaxation below the pain. This broke through a barrier previously built and reinforced by as self-sabotaging belief – that nothing ever works. The final session focussed on my energy management and fatigue, for which there has been some improvement.During these treatments I successful made my own Soul Healing (NLP driven) to dissolve the belief that nothing ever works.Since the treatment with Maria the pain and fatigue are reduced as the driving force of belief has been healed.Maria approach is kind and her pace of relaxation as an induction to hypnotherapy is well paced, thank you Maria for your part and help in my healing.”
